The highest detail patches on the planet.

[To be completely fair I’ve never been off-planet, so I can’t positively claim that they are the highest detail patches in the entire universe. However, I don’t think I’d be making wild claims if I said that, either.]

In 2016 I was asked to turn my highly technical firearm artwork into pvc patches, and I changed the game.

Whether my clients are celebrating a military contract win, a book launch, or leveling up their trade show merch game, each and every project that I have been a part of over the past decade has been an absolute honor and a privilege.

My ability to transform complex firearms and vehicles of all shapes and sizes into precise, miniature representations in the form of patches set a new standard in the industry. Every patch is a reflection of my commitment to technical accuracy, quality, and detail.

Designing these patches isn’t quick or easy, but it's something I take immense pride in. At Kitfox, I handle the entire process, from conceptualization to manufacturing management, so you can focus on what matters most.

Your merch should never be an afterthought in your marketing plan. It’s a powerful way to connect with your audience and elevate your brand. I challenge my manufacturers to push boundaries with every project. The result? Patches that stand out for their unparalleled detail and quality.

Don’t waste your money on cheap, forgettable merch banishing your brand to the trade show doom box. Instead, let’s work together to create something that’ll leave a lasting impression and land your brand faithfully on your customer’s backpack or truck headliner.

all they asked for was a patch.
i built an industry standard.

With nearly a decade of proven success and a reputation for pushing my manufacturers to their limit (in the best way), I make sure your merch looks as dialed as your product feels. While the bread and butter of my business is PVC, I’m always up for the challenge to solve your merch problem across a wide array of products with highly skilled manufacturers that I’ve built a relationship with over the course of my career.

You didn’t pour months into a product release just to slap your logo on a keychain and call it a day. If patches aren’t the right fit, we can collaborate and come up with a merch line that fits into your brand ethos and brings a sense of excitement and pride to the customer.

How It Works:
A Seamless Full Service Process

You’re busy launching the next big thing. I’m here to make sure your merch keeps up. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Step 1: Fill out the inquiry form and grab time on my calendar. Be sure to link to product photos, mention deadlines, and if necessary share your brand guidelines.

  • Step 2: You ship me the product (if needed), and I take over from there - reference photography, illustration, and quoting.

  • Step 3: I handle the manufacturer communications, from mold edits, dialing samples to bulk production, quality control and optional packaging.

  • Step 4: You get a stunning patch that looks like your product - on time, and collector-worthy. I’ll even hand-deliver at trade shows if we align.

Whether you’re prepping for a trade show, planning a product release, or arming your sales team with conversation starters, I ensure every step is buttoned up and built to perform.

The facts

Hire Me Instead of Pulling Your Internal Team Off Track.

I’ve illustrated and managed production of well over 200 different patch projects. I know exactly how a tiny slide serration or optic dial will - or won’t translate into a mold. Internal designers don’t have that reps-under-the-belt intuition, and more often than not, their first try ends up… in the dumpster.
(client’s words, not mine!)

Save yourself the time and money. I’ll get it right the first time, and your team stays focused on what they do best.

Patch Culture + Built-In Buzz

My work is widely followed in patch circles and collector groups across social media. I've built an entire ecosystem of “yappers” who keep your brand in the conversation.

Minimal branding? That’s strategic. It keeps people talking.

Several of my patches have sold on the secondary market for more than the MSRP of the firearms they’re based on, because they hit that hard.

Trusted. Licensed. In the Loop.

With a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a rock-solid track record of honoring NDAs, I’m not just slinging patches from the sidelines. I’m often brought in before a product even ships to distributors.

Industry leaders trust me with unreleased prototypes, confidential assets, and sensitive timelines because I’ve proven I can handle them with care and precision. From concept to final product, I protect your secrets while creating a merch lineup that exceeds your expectations.

I understand the brands because I live among them.

Working in the firearms, defense, and off-road industries is more than just a paycheck to me. I live it. The products I illustrate are often the products my friends use downrange, my group chats debate, and what my weekend plans revolve around. That personal connection means I bring more to the table than just technical skill. I care about how your brand is represented

I live to make people whisper “damn, she nailed it,”

Let’s Face It
Email Just Doesn’t Cut It

Before we dive into a project that’s likely going to turn heads (and maybe even break the internet), we need to talk. A real, face-to-face call. It’s not just about swapping pleasantries, it’s about making sure we’re aligned, efficient, and ready to move through your project like pros.

Whether you’re a first-time client or a return client kicking off a big new thing, this onboarding call saves us both from the dreaded “whoops, that’s not what I meant” email moment later.
